I know damn well everything you’re saying is bullshit that hinges on what you THINK is an understanding of this law because that is just FALSE! It doesn’t matter if information is public, if you are presenting it in a way that targets harassment towards an individual, you lose your blanket immunity. Courts don’t care about bits and piece of information in isolation, they care about INTENT! That’s literally the definition of criminal intent. And the fact that you just said you can “torment” puts the lens on your intent veryyyy clearly. You have admitted to targeting individuals, gathering personal information, and have previously contacted police on individuals in a way that puts them at risk. You’re also an active participant in Han’s doxxing which was an attempt at releasing private information. It really doesn’t look good for you, and I WILL be saving all this whole “crashing out and showing your ass” line of text here where you admit to your literal crimes 💀 Anyway, this isn’t my first rodeo either. I’ve been an online sex worker for over 5 years now and have dealt with actual stalkers, harassers, etc., and have gotten creeps in trouble for much less. Plus you wanna be a lawyer? You know you have to pass a Character and Fitness evaluation right? The things they look for before ultimately denying you your credentials is as follows •Criminal history •Harassment or threatening behavior •Dishonesty / fraud •Academic misconduct •Online conduct (yes, social media absolutely counts) •Respect for the law and others •Financial responsibility (debt, fraud, etc.) You know this means they will look at your VERY documented online crash outs, threats, and gloating on said episodes against you as “not being fit to practice law” right? You’re not very bright sweetheart. You need therapy and a written statement from your provider that you’re finally in a mentally well state before you even bother wasting your time in law school. Just an FYI 💀💀
