@emi_sophy That was the whole point in removing the pearl from Kagome (to eliminate Naraku having to confront and battle them for it.) But, Naraku does so anyway, even when he has what he wants from them 🙄 it shows that Naraku, even when its unnecessary, will choose to inflict suffering.

@emi_sophy Yes, that is the implication. She says she will not give him to Naraku, which contradicts Naraku's suggestion of their "alliance" through the pearl that is now his. If she wants Inu's death, she will do it herself. It is dark and possessive but eliminates the claim Naraku makes.
