@stacygaddy Thank you for letting us know. Does the light turn on or not at all? There's a bug in the app at the moment, our team is working on a fix. We don't have an ETA for this, unfortunately.

@tweethue this is what happens when I try to connect my Philips Hue bulb. Two hours straight of “connecting” now 😩Please advise. I’ve tried on my iPad and the same issue happens. I am putting my device right next to light source.

@tweethue Thanks for response. Ok. I just tried that. Deleted app, then rebooted phone and reinstalled app. Still stuck on connecting.

@stacygaddy Hi Stacy, thanks for reaching out. We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Hue BT app, and we'd like to help. Could you delete the app, reboot your phone and install the app again? Does that make a difference?

@tweethue Is there a bug in your Hue Bluetooth app? Trying to connect my Philips Hue bulbs and says “connecting” indefinitely! Deleted app numerous times - nothing stops from getting stuck on connecting. 40 mins now
