Fiber is an irritant to our digestive system which causes our digestive track to push it out as quickly as possible. Hence the reason people think it "cleans you out". Why in the world would we need something like fiber which is not digestible running through our systems as an irritant? If God wanted us to eat fiber, he would've given us multiple stomachs.

@ADHDForReal For everyone going “thats just normally thinking lol” no no. ADHD actually has a symptom like this. Its not just normal escapism. These fantasies can take over for hours, sometimes days and affect normal thought processes. Mine come from hyperfixations i have at the moment.
