Dad went to the doctor of late because he’s been peeing more than usual at night. Now bear in mind my dad is 64…has never lifted weights in his life and is fairly overweight (been telling him for years to sort his shit but doesn’t listen) Doctor ran his usual blood tests/blood pressure exams etc. Came back he’s got higher blood pressure which could be effecting his kidneys causing him to pee excessively. Doctor then prescribed him some pills. My dad asked “how long do I need to take these for?” Doctor then told him for the rest of his life. Didn’t mention a fucking thing about dropping some body fat, starting to lift/exercise more and watching food intake. All these GPs know is to prescribe pills. Keep you sick….keep you as a customer. Aiming to get Papa Melia lifting by the end of the year though.
