There have been several discussions on how "men need to do better" at professional events like #GDC but please make sure you are specifying cis men. Trans men are also a heavily targeted & vulnerable minority group & are always left out of safety conversations.

@javierabegazo Please specify cis men because trans men are a minority group that also faces high rates of assult and abuse in these same environments.

I’m annoyed that there’s so much focus on shitty men at GDC - there were a lot of really wonderful things that happened this year and I don’t want that to be lost in the noise either. QT this with some anecdotes of something good that happened at #GDC2023 There IS hope and this industry IS changing for the better, even if we have to drag it kicking and screaming.
