Our mentees have been busy gaining hands-on experience and building valuable connections across the Thoroughbred industry. - Many attended the Keeneland September Sale with their mentors, learning the ins and outs of bloodstock and the behind-the-scenes work of consignors. - Emma Hancock has been honing her skills in equine photography by shooting live races at Churchill Downs alongside her mentor, Bee Buck. - Other mentees are connecting virtually with their mentors, engaging in meaningful conversations about career strategies and professional development. We’re proud to see how much they’ve learned already, and we can’t wait to see what the rest of the program brings!
