Strengthen the posterior chain, training it is essential in this “desk-bound society”. A lot of the time chronic body pain is simply due to lack of muscle. The stress is taken on by joints, ligaments; and tendons. One exercise which basically got rid of all my back problems is back extensions. It’s definitely one of the best for posterior chain strengthening.
