@future1157706 No there isn't a problem. Report it yourself or send a message to YouTube legal or call the police None of that requires a drama video for clout. Go to the police. The rando viewers don't matter Also other people are crying about being banned. I'm laughing because it's deserved

Ok so if the vast majority of the people who watch said content will not report it Bryan then you already see the problem then. If let's say 90% of the people who watch the content wont report and 10% will. Obviously the content wont be taken down. Sooo the best option would to get more eyes on said problem so that the 10% moves to 60% so the content is taken down. If the original population wont, get the outside population to talk about it, bring awareness to said issue so the content can be taken down. Ive already done my report. Have you reported it Bryan? Have you called the police knowing its pedophile bait? Again you want everyone to hold to these standards but when people like Chud call for said action. You cry about it because the video is monetized. Do you think monetization removes what is actually being said?

@future1157706 Those people won't but you and other people are free to and you don't need a self serving drama video that gets you ad revenue to do that. You can call the police. Or email legal at YouTube. Or you can contact advocacy groups. But don't cry about your drama video being removed

@stale2000 You didn't address what I said. DO YOU think lolicons and pedophiles and vtubers are going to report the video in large enough numbers to take the offending material down?

I literally said that it's fine to do reports, so this isn't a contradiction. The issue is doing a whole self serving drama video and then acting surprised when you get banned which is the problem. My argument is that you should go through proper channels. Don't make a spectacle out of it. It's a serious topic. You do not need a self serving drama video that just gets you ad revenue and you shouldnt be surprised when you get banned for dealing with a serious topic so poorly.

Did you not go on himpletons live and support people going to file reports and mass report offending material? Do you honestly think that lolicons sexualizing a 3 year old and anime fans are going to go report the offending material that violates youtubes TOS? Or do you think having more people talk about it and pointing at it is going to cause youtube to take action due to more reports being filed for the offending material on its platform? Again. You are contradicting your own values you stated on himpletons live. You are absolutely spineless and fold just because chud logic makes fun of you. This is a real child, its still on the platform, you support mass reports and brigading but then start crying when someone else calls for it and points it out. Again you are a spineless. And have zero values whatsoever.

@tarzombieman Here's an even more interesting if you must make content out of it. Instead of giving a drama opinion, you could talk to experts. Get literal trust and safety employees from real companies or non profits, to discuss their opinion on this stuff on stream.

Oh that's an interesting question how about, I don't know, going through the proper channels that are meant for this stuff!?!? No. Making a drama video for clout and ad revenue isn't how you solve problems. The proper channels would have been the following: 1. The police. Call them. Or email them. They have email bro. 2. Youtube. Through report channels. Or by emailing their legal team. Or my finding YouTube employees, messaging them and asking them to look into it internally. Or asking them to give you email addresses of their trust and safety team or lawyers. 3. Child safety advocacy groups who do this stuff as their job. Call them on the phone. And I thought of that in 60 seconds. Every single one of those answers are 100 time better than this internet brained "lol I'll call them out on YouTube! That'll fix it!"

Let me ask you this, how do you bring attention to something like this without making videos? Do you expect Chud to fly to Japan and handle it in person? It’s happening online, so it makes sense to call it out there too. ???
Bryan Wade@stale2000

@tarzombieman Well apparently he wasn't careful enough. I'd be careful surrounding issues of child freaking safety. And making a self serving drama video isn't it. Go spend the time bringing it to the authorities instead of making money off of child exploitation drama videos.

You are such an unlikeable asshole. He was covering footage that was on youtube itself. Only you could attack chud when he was only outing a weird Vtuber mother who's using her own daughter as sicko bait.
Bryan Wade@stale2000

In what should be a surprise to nobody another commentary community influencer gets hit with a ban after not being careful enough surrounding a serious topic. Will people ever learn or will people keep playing dangerously and then cry on twitter when they predictably get banned

Also "bringing awareness"???? Let's say it is an issue of child safety. Now you are going around spreading child exploitation and you think that's OK because you pointed at it and said "that's bad!". No. If it's a child safety issue then go spend a bunch of time filing reports. Don't make money and clicks off it by doing a self serving drama video.

@future1157706 Apparently they weren't careful enough. This clip itself that we are literally commenting on shows that he isn't being careful. Like WTF are you expecting. Of course obviously an issue surrounding child safety is dangerous and you should be careful. Unlike what happened here.

And for the record, what I want to happen is for people to change their behavior so they don't have stuff like this happen to them. If people on the internet were just a bit more careful stuff like this wouldn't happen and everyone would win.

@GaryMarcus @XyDmu @sama It would be the "hitting the wall" thing that was predicted in 2022. It is blatantly obvious to even the most ill informed consumer that AI capabilities have drastically increased over the last 4 years. It doesn't matter if some minor issue isn't fixed the world still changed.

Dear @sama, You owe me an apology. You have relentlessly, publicly and privately, attacked my integrity and wisdom since my 2022 paper “Deep Learning is a Hitting a Wall”. But in your own way you have just come around to conceding *exactly* what I was arguing in that paper: that current architectures are not enough, and that we need something new, researchwise. beyond a scaling (a “megabreakthough” in your words below). That’s all I was trying to say. And I was right. And you should be man enough to admit it. Gary cc @_KarenHao
Rohan Paul@rohanpaul_ai

Sam Altman just said in his new interview, that a new AI architecture is coming that will be a massive upgrade, just like Transformers were over Long Short-Term Memory. And also now the current class of frontier models are powerful enough to have the brainpower needed to help us research these ideas. His advice is to use the current AI to help you find that next giant step forward. --- From 'TreeHacks' YT Channel (link in comment)

@bmwisswell @pax173 @gremloe Point proven, nobody is going to be able to force north korea to join south korea. Its not happening without their consent. Its simply not possible to destroy a country or force them to do that, due to their nukes that prevent this. North Korea is a perfect example.

@stale2000 @pax173 @gremloe Are you anti north korea? But we aren't instantly at war with the nuclear armed north korea right? But being antizionist means instant war and nukes. Obviously the country of millions would rather die then change racist laws. Then Jews are just so attached to their supremacy

@dougthompson101 @GaryMarcus @sama But it did exist in 2022. Models massively improved since 2022. Meaning that we did not hit a wall in 2022, and actually yes there were large improvements. Wether we have hit a wall in 2026 is completely separate with him being wrong about hitting a wall in 2022.

@ris93pl @GaryMarcus @sama No, the stuff that systems and applications are able to do now with current models would not have been even close to possible in 2022. Meaning that the models themselves have massively improved. Yes, thats a big deal and the models did not hit a wall in 2022.

@bmwisswell @pax173 @gremloe The only option to force israel to make significant changes would be war, yeah. They wouldn't capitulate to massive changes to their country. And nukes (along with a delivery method) are indeed basically the ultimate weapon that makes it not possible to invade a country.

@bmwisswell @pax173 @gremloe South Africa didn't have 200 nukes and didn't have a delivery system or any reasonable targets. Much different. And yes most people don't want nuclear war. If it came down it, no country is going to risk trying to destroy a nuclear armed country.

@victor_UWer @GaryMarcus @elonmusk Ok, its still a huge freaking deal for AI to help people write software. This is massively valuable, important, and an example of huge success coming from AI.

@GaryMarcus @elonmusk the 'AI has eaten software' take conflates 'AI helps you write software faster' with 'AI has replaced software' — they're completely different claims. copilots ≠ replacements. the apps still run on the same old stack

Nope, @elonmusk, not even close. Software has not been eaten by AI. Nobody has replaced an operating systems, or Excel or GPS or their favorite browser or favorite AAA video game entirely with AI. The results just aren’t high enough calibre. Sure, you can use AI for prototyping. And you can use it for simple “CRUD” [Create, Replace, Update and Delete] databases, databases, knockoffs of existing codebases, etc. But most complex* real world cases, custom software that has been developed over the years is (at least for now) still far, far better than whatever quick prototypes you can get out of AI.
