As a clinical pharmacist, I have seen cases where we analgesics were overdiluted yet the patient was in so much pain. As I intervened and made them use the right volume the pain was alleviated. A wrongful drug reconstitution leads to medication errors.

Mixing drugs can either affect the efficacy of the medication when over diluted or lead to toxicity when undiluted. The roles of pharmacists are non negotiable in that space but our greatest nemesis is the lack of adequate clinical pharmacist. Ghanaians deserve better.

there’s one morning my car would not start so I took public transport to work. I stood in a queue at circle for 30 minutes. I kept complaining and everyone was like today at least the queue is moving so why am I complaining. I was shocked. If I had to do that daily. I’d protest.

The Minister of Government Communications is under fire for posting stock images of foreign airports and presenting them as proposed government projects. Using Google images to represent national policy is a somewhat direct attempt to mislead the public and a significant lapse in professional integrity - even if that wasn’t the original intent.
Hon. Felix Kwakye is an exquisite communicator and statesman. This lapse in judgment was quite unnecessary.

I used the road to Odweanoma Mountain on Friday for the Kwahu Paragliding Festival and honestly, what I saw was disappointing.
The road is in a very poor state. Last year it was graded, so I expected some real improvement this time… but it’s even worse now.
What’s more concerning is the cost. Before you even get to the top, you’re charged:
GHS10 (Forestry)
GHS20 (Assembly/District)
And this is per passenger. Even the driver pays.
Naturally, I asked questions, where is this money going? What is it being used for?
The responses? No clear answers.
And that’s where the concern lies.
We promote these tourist sites. People travel from far and wide. But the infrastructure doesn’t match the experience and accountability seems unclear.
This isn’t just Kwahu. I’ve seen similar situations at other tourist sites across the country.
So the question remains:
Are we truly investing in our tourism sector, or just collecting from it?
And remember that ghs 30 isn’t even going the Tourism authorities
