@SouthernRailUK Thanks for the apologies! I very much feel like 'theres a bus every 20 minutes just like the trains' isn't really...... sufficient. Not really ok to equate a 2 decker bus with a 7 carriage train, is it.

@stallard145 We have had issues with the buses throughout the day, due to a fulfilment issue. Our Control teams are in constant communication with onsite staff. I do apologise for the trouble with travel this evening. ^Alex

Hey @SouthernRailUK this is the situation at 3 bridges station, and apparently a new bus goes every 15-20 minutes. Staff know basically nothing. How do we claim compensation?

@SouthernRailUK And do we have any idea if the queues in the pitch dark at 3B can be resolved or the poor staff given any support with what they're trying to do?

@ADHDdesigner No come up but I definitely feel the "end" of the medication's effectiveness. Elvanse, taken 8am wears off at 5 and I become briefly angry and then calm down again

For those on stimulant medication, do you feel a noticeable "come up" and "come down"? I'm not sure if this is normal, and it's not something I enjoy at all. #askADHD
