@wxbrad And even the carrier doesn’t know the real time reality. The problem with last weekend‘s storm was that so many crews were stranded or out of place, and the airlines, in particular @AmericanAir, had a hard time getting flight attendants to the airport to work a scheduled flight.

My rule of thumb: If there's a winter storm, the answer to 'Will my flight be affected?' is always YES. The specific how and when? No idea!!! That’s out of my hands. I know the weather, but I don't know crew timeouts or de-icing holdovers, their schedules, the plane type, the airline, etc.... Those are airline decisions, not weather predictions. @TBoneWFNZ The best teams at the end of the season are going to be different than the best “teams” at the beginning or middle of the season. Due to the churn of annual free agency, teams are now molded as each individual season progresses. Culture and chemistry no longer develop over time.

The ACC has a team in the National Championship game, and the conference champions got left at home. Makes you wonder who the best team in the country actually is.
