OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORBITALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL it's a great book and a worthy winner of the Booker Prize, many congratulations to Samantha Harvey! This is a book which achieves a great deal in a very short space. Fantastic.

Was sitting in a bar with the lady, and an attractive gal came in, sat near us with a novel, ordered a drink and started reading. No one approached her for a good hour. Then a couple young men came in, ordered drinks, and one of them cold approached her, sat down next to her, talked her up. As I was leaving it looked like a complete success. She responded immediately like she was waiting for something like this to happen - because she was, but she had to wait for an hour. 30 years ago she wouldn't have had to wait 5 minutes.
