🚨BREAKING: Red alert sirens sound in southern Israel as the Iranian regime continues to fire missiles at Israel.

The legendary martial artist and action hero was a lifelong friend of Israel, filming three movies there, including the iconic "Delta Force”, and visiting the country many times throughout his life. He prayed at the Western Wall in Jerusalem, walked the streets of Israel, and always spoke warmly of the Jewish state and its people. 🇺🇸🇮🇱 A true hero on and off the screen. Rest in peace, Chuck Norris. He was 86 years old. 🕯️

Update: The impact site in Jerusalem's Old City was just 350 meters (1,150 feet) from the Al-Aqsa Mosque, one of Islam's holiest sites.

This past weekend, StandWithUs in Pittsburgh was proud to co-sponsor a historic and vibrant Holi–Passover celebration. It was a powerful fusion of traditions, welcoming the spring season through a lens of shared values and mutual respect. The afternoon was filled with the joy of delicious food, spirited dancing, a powerful educational program, and meaningful conversations. As we shared our stories, we were reminded of the beautiful parallels between our cultures: Holi, celebrating the triumph of light over darkness, and Passover, honoring the enduring journey toward freedom. In today’s world, protecting these universal values is more vital than ever. The incredible turnout- selling out in record time- is a testament to the deep bond being built between the Hindu and Jewish communities in Pittsburgh. This gathering was made possible through the collaboration and vision of our community partners, including the Hindu American Foundation, the Jewish Federation of Greater Pittsburgh, Chinmaya Sanjeevani, Hindu Jain Temple, the Jewish Community Center of Greater Pittsburgh, Temple Sinai (Pittsburgh), Tree of Life Congregation, Congregation Beth Shalom, and HSS. Special thank you to Geetika Tandon from HAF and Bhavini Patel for working closely with us. Together, we are building bridges that cannot be broken, and we are just getting started

Hindu friends and supporters invited StandWithUs to a lunch prior to the start of its 2026 annual International Conference to discuss opportunities for more collaboration and support. Peggy Shapiro, Executive Director of Center for Combating Antisemitism (CCA), stated, "Hindus and Jews have more in common than most people realize. We are ancient civilizations, vibrant democracies, which are creating modern miracles. Thank you to Nissim Reuben and Bob Peckar of the American Jewish Committee and the Hindu Jewish Coalition of America, for making these meaningful connections."
