On the downside, the low volume reflects the many practical difficulties by banks in complying with all EU Taxonomy criteria. On the upside, this implies the ECB could easily introduce green refinancing operation already, without compromising price stability. 😉

@BirdingBrussels Interesting issue. My (intuitive) take is that citizens panels are probably more effective when focusing on one single policy issue rather than a meta/generic issue like a 7 year EU budget.
