@BRtractordriver @StannahOfficial Please be advised that we are working with Network Rail to restore the lifts at Blackfriars. We are aware of the disruption caused by a non-working lift and are also working to improve future reliability. For lift updates, please check the Network Rail site.

@StannahOfficial @Stannah please, please, please can you fix the lift at Blackfriars quickly? You never seem to rush to fix Network Rail lifts! I use a wheelchair and depends on these lifts.

@Stannah my dad's stairlift has conked out on multiple occasions but tonight it stopped completely half way up the stairs. He's forked out for an engineer too many times, if I hadn't been there he would be stuck. This is not acceptable and you'll expect him to pay AGAIN #stannah

Do not use Stannah chair lifts, if you have a problem they rip you off, especially for emergency call outs, old people and disabled that need them are being scammed, @Stannah

@Stannah bemused as to why a reconditioned unit cannot be reconditioned again. So you really just chuck it out?? Four grand for two years worth of use. Guess it made sense but just seems a bit of a grift.

@cassie_jones555 Every second hand stairlift we sell will only be certified by Stannah if it meets our strict quality and safety standards. It has to pass a 42-point inspection to make sure it's in perfect working order before it can be installed on your property.
