@StagecoachYrks any chance of a bus turning up from Barnsley to Royston? 15:55 no show, 16:10 went out saying he had broken down. Nothing like waiting in a greenhouse on the hottest day of the year, for a bus that will be heaving if one turns up
@StagecoachYrks Any idea what went wrong with the 7:04 #57 from Royston to Barnsley this morning. Are drivers just boycotting High Street, again this did not go down High Street, but did go along Midland Road to Barnsley
@StagecoachYrks any danger of a bus running from Royston High Street to Barnsley today? 7:04 #57 didn't run, at least not on High Street and 7:15 #59 has not turned up either. You managed 2 good days in a row, so we were due a bad day I guess

@StagecoachYrks I get the bus from Royston, High Street for #57 or Midland Road for #59. Neither of which turned up. I was at the bus stop at 7:03 and there was already someone else waiting when I got there, plus no sign of it on your app at all.

I have had a look into this further. Service 57 due at 07:05 arrived at 07:03. To allow me to look into the service 59 please can you confirm your boarding point.We advised all customers to be at the stop 5-10mins before service is due to avoid disappointment E
@StagecoachYrks any prospect of a bus actually running this morning in Royston? 7:05 #57 a no show and 7:15 #59 cancelled. Prices have gone up, weather has fared up , but buses aren't turning up
@StagecoachYrks any idea where the #57 07:14 is? Yet again showing as on time on the app until it didn't turn up, and no update. Now stood outside for at least 15 minutes until the next one on the coldest day of the year 👏👏👏
@StagecoachYrks Thanks for taking the time to get back to me, as I appreciate you'll be extremely busy today. But I thought the whole point of having an app with realtime updates is for scenarios exactly like this, to give realtime updates, so people are not left out in the cold

@TravelSYorks To add to that list, the 59 did eventually turn up, about 15 minutes late, and was rammed so gave it a miss, the next bus then broke down, and just got on a bus and about to leave Barnsley now.

@TravelSYorks had the day off and thought I would make use of the SY connect plus day ticket, and remembered why I stopped commuting to Sheffield. Fine going, canceled and delayed train home and a no show bus
@StagecoachYrks Good start to the new timetable and promised improved punctuality! What happened to the 7:03 #57 from Royston? You've condensed 3 buses into 1, and it hasn't shown up
@StagecoachYrks That's a pretty big statement, seems like you say that every time....and then knock off a few buses
