I went over more than 500 players on @HLTVorg to check how many 1v5 LAN clutches happened in CS:GO and CS2 in tier 1 tournaments (from 2013). Here is the data I collected: Only 24x times in history a player won 1v5 in tier 1 LAN, in CS 2 only 4x. (Ax1le, hallzerk, m0nesy, donk) @FaZe_rainCS is the only player ever to win such a situation in Major Playoffs. (cache semifinal against Envyus 2015) The most 1v5 clutches occured on mirage (5), we have not witnessed 1v5 on ancient since map addition. NiKo and ZyWoO have never won 1v5 on LAN, cadiaN is the only player to win 2. What is your most memorable 1v5 clutch? Sorry for repost, my account got bugged 😏

We've seen a lot of dumb thing in CS, a lot of moves that didn't make any sense... but this has to be a new high no?

CYBERSHOKE played 449 maps on HLTV in 2025, the second-highest total ever (behind Permitta’s record 467 in 2024). Notably, @SINNERS_Esports miss the top 5 by this metric for the first time in the last 5 years. Tier2 CS is really demanding, especially with pracc matches included.

@teddcs_ Well, that is not true, Apeks demolished 16:0 Grayhound at Challenger Stage in BLAST Paris 2023.

Astralis is the only team to have won a 16/13-0 at a Major - once in London in 2018 & once in Katowice in 2019. Vitality are 2 rounds away from becoming the first team to get a 13-0 at a Major in CS2, and doing it to close out a Grand Final too....

@beastik1 @capsencsgo 2/2 lehčí vyčůranost a nasadili do zápasu rosteru 2 random hráče + 1 z jádra benchli. V takovém případě nepřišli ani o body - o body přišel ten "nový roster" a mohli dále pokračovat v turnaji, který byl pro ně primárním. Naštěstí je to asi měsíc, co se to fixlo😀ale body zůstaly

Czech csgo esport scene is in shambles right now. VRS system is too much pay2win for small czech cashflow. Hopefully things turn out better again in the future.

@beastik1 @capsencsgo 1/2 Ano, přesně to byla myšlenka, že VRS má své chyby. Myslím, že EYEBALLERS missnuli BLAST Bounty o 0,3 VRS bodu také kvůli prohře proti KHAN. Dalo se to v průběhu sezóny obcházet, kdy HOTU nechtěli ztrácet VRS body forfeitem v případě časového konfliktu turnaje, takže provedli

@beastik1 @capsencsgo Pointa je stejná, že v momentálním stavu je to těžké, ale jde to. Fandím jakékoliv organizaci, která si za tím jde a dokonce uspěje, ale jde to hůře bez LAN pointů. Možná i kvůli tomu v lednu a únoru bude spoustu lokálních LAN soutěží např. severské země to vzaly docela útokem.

@star1cs @capsencsgo Ale pofarmili i par lanek, nicmene to neni tak dulezite. Jde spis o ten princip, ze pokud nekdo chce grindit body, je treba mit prachy na lanky, jinak je to hodne pomale. Samozrejme, ze kdyz jsi fakt dobry, tak ti staci i online, ale je to boj😁

@beastik1 @capsencsgo Gentlemates bylo myšleno v časech, kdy neměli orgu (Iberian soul) a prakticky skoro celou první polovinu letošního roku hráli pouze online turnaje, kde se kvalifikovali na Starladder Fall Series + ESL Pro League. Měl jsem to upřesnit.

@OnFireAnders In Prague it is the same. Every sector has its own group where they discuss parking slots, new shops openings etc. with huge conviction they are involved in improving live conditions. Sometimes posts are really ridiculous in a way of people's thinking and expressions.

I'm curious if this is a thing that happens in other countries.. Here in Denmark a lot of cities have a sort of unofficial city Facebook group where boomers debate local shit in the most ridiculous way possible, and it's just so funny to read.. Is that a Denmark thing only?

Only 3 rounds won in whole bo3 for @FalconsEsport mean this is the most dominating victory in big events of 2025 so far. Seems like a team can not recover from VP defeat + monesy rumours helped neither. Props @GamerLegion for playing very well.

Just finished manually going through every international LAN grand final on HLTV Before Vitality, there were only 3 instances of a 16-0/13-0 on HLTV

Only for second time in cs2 on big stage team suffered 13-0 in playoff match. First real 13-0 in cs2 elimination match (Quarter-finals) was in IEM Sydney 2023 between FaZe and ENCE with FaZe winning 13-0 on Anubis. That means @ropz is the only player to crash his opponent twice like this in a playoff match.
