its funny cuz she's designed with gameplay in mind even tho she's not playable in anything, if this series wasn't ass and didn't fear having real physics gameplay I can just tell Tangle would have the craziest grappling hook/Spiderman like swinging physics that shit would be peak

for me she's like the only IDW character that truly feels designed like a game Sonic character with an overall simple design, good recognizable silhouette and gameplay mechanics in mind

Chris Hernández confirms Blade of Courage and Shadow the Jet Black Hedgehog are not canon to the main Sonic timeline.
The decision is based on how the projects were developed, not their quality.

I think primarina/decidueye are the perfect mix of anthropomorphic/Animalistic there's a reason people very rarely complain about these 2, because they both do their character "archer/opera singer" REALLY well while also looking like they could totally live in the wild
