i want to mention that i am not promoting eating disorders, constantly thinking abt food and calories is awful no i dont want to feel guilty for eating soemthing, i js want to live my life, im only doing this to document my progress, i am absolutely pro recovery please stay safe

looking at food when ur hungry but the idea of eating is grossing u out

i hate when my stomach growls AFTER i just ate like why are you causing a scene

for a bitch with an eating disorder i really dislike the idea of not eating

why do body standards exist why do calories exist
