Clearly the vaccines were dangerous, I don’t understand how the can’t see that. My daughter, Aubrynn, was 17 years old. She was selected for a school trip from July 9 to July 22. The vaccine was mandatory for the trip. She was the only one in our family who received it, despite our pleas not to. She was vaccinated on June 7 and again on June 28, 2022. She left for her trip, and on July 18 she texted me that she did not feel well. We did not hesitate. We immediately drove from Michigan to New York to bring her home. We arrived the next day, which was also our three year old’s birthday. We celebrated with cake and ice cream. Later that night, Aubrynn and I shared some soup together before she went to bed. The next morning, I took her to urgent care. We waited for hours. At one point, she managed to sit up and quietly asked me, “Did they call me yet?” Before we even understood what was happening, my daughter collapsed from cardiac arrest. She was airlifted to Children’s Hospital. She was placed on an ECMO machine and treated with Remdesivir. Her body began shutting down. Her limbs turned black from lack of blood flow. Infections spread. Her kidneys failed. On August 6, we were told there was nothing more they could do. We were forced to make the impossible decision to turn off the machines. We had to let our daughter go. I am sharing this because Aubrynn mattered. Her life mattered. Her story matters. She was not just a number or a statistic. She was my child. And I will spend the rest of my life speaking her name and telling the truth about what happened to her.

I know, with certainty, that serious adverse reactions were not accurately reported during the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine trial for ages 12–15 at Cincinnati Children’s. How? The trial my daughter participated in was run at the same hospital where my daughter received care. Despite severe and escalating neurological symptoms—loss of sensation, abnormal gait progressing to inability to walk, seizures, urinary and bowel retention, vision issues, tachycardia, spinal pain, rashes, cognitive decline, and more—standard-of-care testing was delayed for months. An MRI of her spine wasn’t done for 2 months. A brain MRI took 5 months. An EMG wasn’t done at all until I sought care outside the hospital. And an EEG was never done despite having multiple seizures a day due months. Instead of appropriate neurological workups, psychiatry and pain management were consulted while she continued to decline. Her symptoms were reported in the trial as “functional abdominal pain” and “paresthesia.” She is now permanently injured and wheelchair-dependent, with diagnoses including inflammatory neuropathy/CIDP, small fiber neuropathy, POTS, neurogenic bladder and bowel, myelitis, acquired tethered cord, spastic hypertonia, and incomplete paraplegia. She was 100% healthy before the second dose. If this can be hidden in a clinical trial—and the trial was later ended early—parents do not have informed consent. Before dismissing stories like mine, understand this: you don’t know all the facts, because they were never disclosed.
