I just wonder if Biden, et al, in their desire to not do anything to protect abortion rights because of midterm election concerns, realize that their inaction makes me NOT want to support them. If they actually did something, anything, maybe we’d gain some momentum. Painful.

This nation was founded on the separation between church & state. The Supreme Court has now been made illegitimate by destruction of that separation & turned into a political organ of the religious right. We are going to have to fight for the founding principals of our nation.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court just reversed nearly 50 years of precedent and overturned Roe v. Wade, ending the federal constitutional right to abortion. We won't deny what a horrible moment this is. Half of the states are expected to ban abortion.

@OmariJHardy I wouldn’t glamorize where dairy comes from. Turning animals into commodities that we abuse and kill for products we don’t need isn’t defensible. And yes, cows die for dairy. I will never understand why so many liberals defend most rights, but not those of animals.

@VeganAri @WeWork It’s so frustrating because what she’s saying is exactly right, but it’s framed as just another woo-woo message coming from someone portrayed as ridiculous in most other ways, which minimizes the message.

I get what they're trying to do with Rebekah Neumann's character on #WeCrashed, but caring about animal cruelty is not something that should be mocked or played for laughs. She was right to try to make @WeWork meat-free. She was right about animal cruelty -- it's wrong. Period.

Completely heartbroken. We lost Chole today. She passed away peacefully in our arms at home. She was so brave, and fought so very hard for so long. I hope she knew how much we love her.

@VeganAri Possibly even more disturbing is how the owner(?) is quoted as saying how terrible a loss it is, not because of the poor sheep, but because of how much money it costs them. Wow. If you ever wondered what farmers care about the most, there it is. It’s not the animals.
