@AndyTon_92 @suha14823 These things are technical and obviously it's a new team so maybe there's a bit of a delay. Remember, you have a negative history with the public shell. I agree with you on the wages however let's see if they execute in the next 30 to 60 days because that is the real window.

@AndyTon_92 @AlphaCompute Also all of the dumping tells me that the prior shareholders are just fed up, like you, and are just dumping their shares at any sign of good news or strength. That being the case, "The Street", will not take ALP seriously until numbers are filed with the SEC, end of July or so.

@AndyTon_92 @AlphaCompute I don't know how long the current board has been in place but from what I gather it is around September of last year. I've looked at all of the news announcements and they're great. The problem I see is that they are a foreign issuer. They do not have to file quarterly earnings.

@AndyTon_92 @AlphaCompute But they did make announcements about a month ago or so that they were already generating revenue about $3 million a month from these GPUs. Since the company and its prior forms have had so many issues I think the street is looking at it from a standpoint that they need to file.
