So, I'm gonna be straight up with this one. What this creator said is not wrong, and trust, I watched the ENTIRE video. What I believe she's calling out are the global fans being performative by acting like they've been talking about lighting issues, racism, and homophobia from the beginning, when it's clear they only started voicing it now that this Valko situation blew up. This has nothing to do with /us/ who HAVE been loud about the these issues, but the ones who are hopping in and using our issues to get us to be behind them on this weird ass "movement". Because it's true. Where was this energy when we've been talking about how black and brown players have issues with seeing their MCs in kindles? Or how we have to consistent struggles with lighting in glint photobooth as well. People made a petition to bring Valko back, but where was the petition for the demand to make Infold ensure that black and brown players feel included and seen with their MCs, and not just hard-focus on the pale skin MCs? Inflop could've done a solid by including black and brown MCs in the PVs, both livestream, and in new banners just to show that they did in fact tested out textures for POC MCs , and everyone else who are mutuals or friends with POCs could've done a solid and advocated for us each time, but it took the whole Valko situation for people to start talking about the REAL issues and the ones being performative are doing so just so they don't get called out for not being loud about it in the beginning.
