When Soul got revealed that he has done CSAM, majority of the fandom didn't defend him or made an excuse that everyone who quit is because of the fandom's fault, but when ZEAL did it, suddenly "Oh, but Ren didn't provide any proof and besides, Zeal is more important anyway"
