Okay, here's the final choice. Between these two looks. On the other side of the room will be a cream sofa with a dark green throw and floral green cushions. Yes? Which one? Left or right?
WHY do I decide to go to bed an hour ago only for an idea about my next book pop into my head, so that I have to write it down and then I spend the hour writing? 😫🤷♀️ You'll be pleased to know I'm in bed now, though. So, Goodnight and God bless everyone ❤️
Up and at it early today, folks! Feeling much better thanks to the Lord and the NHS. Verger duties this morning, then Provoco-ing this afternoon! Lots of great books in the pipeline. I'm just grateful that God enables me to continue to work and serve. The last 5 years have not been easy, health wise, but each day fills me with hope as I see small steps on the way to recovery. What small steps can you see that are shaping a change in you? Sometimes, we ask God for miracles and we don't see them, because we're waiting for something BIG, because hey, that's what a miracle is, right? Wrong! It could be something as small as getting out of bed without aching all over, or getting to work on time in difficult circumstances, simple, small steps we don't even think of as miracles. But they are, because without those small steps, we'd never start the journey. Go on, be your own miracle today. ❤️
Morning everyone ❤️ got up around midnight feeling really ill.. Rang 111, got a call an hour later from a GP, who said, 'I'll be right there. You need antibiotics.' And by 3am I had them in my hot little hand. AND avoided having to be sent to hospital. Thank you, NHS! Some parts of it obviously still work really well!
@WeAreProvoco Hi how are you doing ? Sorry not been i touch. Had a very bad cough and cold for a week. Still not completely better but better than I was. Thinking about you ❤️
Today is the second Sunday of Epiphany. For those who don't know, Epiphany season celebrates the arrival of the the three Magi to vist the Christ Child.
Home! The place is a mess. It's freezing. I've nothing in the fridge as everything has gone off. I've no energy to take down any more Christmas decorations so they'll have to stay up another day. I'm shattered. But I'm home and it's wonderful ❤️🏡
I'm watching the sun set and an amber moon rise. The colours are magnificent.
My paltry photo doesn't do justice to the indigo, mauves, lavender and lilac being splashed across the sky as day surrenders to night.
@starry1963 Morning Mrs Starry xx 😘✨️ I hope you and his nibs had a good Christmas (i know how much you love it)! I'm a little better thanks, sweetheart xx 😘✨️💫🙏🏻
The air of anticipation on ward 24 is high due to the fact the dinner trolley will be round shortly. Women who haven't moved in two days are suddenly throwing back their bedclothes and wriggling excitedly at the thought of a plate of unidentifiable slop. Mind you, yesterday's meal was quite festive with a vegan biscuit and a cracker! #MyNHSChristmas
Waiting to find out if I need to go to hospital. In case I do and I'm not able to tweet later, I wish you all a wonderful, peaceful Christmas and every blessing for the coming year. Forgive me if I don't reply. I feel dreadfully ill. 🙏🏻🎄✨️💫♥️
Eighteen bloody quid I've spent on this lot and when I got home, I checked with the pharmacist about something I'd noticed on the patient info leaflet, she says, Oh, don't take Lemsip Max cos you take and then she reeled off all my meds. Why the hell didn't she tell me that when I was there??? At least I can take the cough medicine, which by the way, tastes absolutely vile.
