@CheerFessions1 and she couldn’t give me one. That was the only time I ever spoke back to her. My mom had given me permission, I then told my gym owner and mom everything and they handled it. It sucks to be treated that way, but you have to advocate for urself in that situation!

@CheerFessions1 i had a coach scream at me and say I was the most disrespectful athlete she knew. (Mind you I was raised in the south by people who have never left the south. If I was every disrespectful I would’ve been dead) and I asked for her to give me and example of how I was disrespectful

@CheerFessions1 i had warts when I was younger, I’m pretty positive there’s a drug store pain reliever! Also the dermatologist can prescribe a pain reliever or like topical ointment for them!!

@CheerFessions1 I know for like Level 7 the age bracket said “17” but you could hypothetically make it for the 2019-2020 szn at 15– turn 16 in December of 2019 since you would be 17 by the end of 2020… but that was mad confusing

@caIiblackops I had it on my face one time, whatever you do DO NOT let it dry out!! Keep aloe on it. What helped mine was coconut oil! Also SunBum CoolDown lotion works WONDERS

@acx_rylee @lululemon i would get 2 sizes one that is close to your actual Jean/pant size and one that is a size up! I have a bigger butt so sizing up helps them not ride up

@wcsstohollywood was spotting backhand springs and an athlete put the top of her hand down instead of her palm and literally snapped her wrist… while I was spotting her. yea my life is a literal joke I feel so guilty
