Extrenely unprofessional behaviour of @startrack giving my parcel to someone else without verification especially when I asked the delivery guy to wait for a min while I come downstairs to get it.

@startrack . Was expecting urgent parcel. Without attmepted delivery received msg that attempted delivery made. Left a card. When came home no card was left . Called customer service but they have no answer. Stop using ur advertisement if u cant fulfill it.

@startrack Morning! My tracking is showing as ‘ready for pickup’ for a package that I was meant to receive yesterday. Track number is 65BZ02108028. Is there a delay from Sydney depot right now? Thank you

@LifeOfLindan Hi, Ted here. "Ready for Pickup" means pickup from the sender. Basically, it means that while StarTrack has been advised that the parcel exists, it hasn't been released to us yet. Only the sender can tell when they plan to do so.

@startrack I address a package to be delivered to a parcel collection point (aka a post office @australiapost ) now I’m told StarTrack can’t deliver express service to a post office. But if it’s undeliverable will drop at a post office. Am I missing something?

@SailorEm Hi Madam, Ted here. The parcel attached to this consignment number does have an existing case in the system. For verification purposes, are you able to DM the contact number associated with that case?

@LDNFLDS Hi Grant, Most StarTrack deliveries take place only during business hours. As such, if you've got this parcel's consignment number handy and don't mind DMing that, I'd like to look into why this one appears to be different. -Ted

@LHillzy Thank you. The best thing to do in this instance would be to contact the parcel's sender directly. From its scans, it is being held because it was damaged (got wet) during transit. The depot has notified the sender and currently awaits their reply. -Ted

@startrack driver placed card on screen door no package in his hand. When I opened the door he ran to his car and sped off. Appalling service. No intention to deliver my package. He looked at me and smirked.
