@antithrowawayy yeah,,, me and my sister talked about our food issues before and agreed our mom impacted it😭 always talking negatively about herself and always trying (and failing) a new diet and talking about it in detail to us

jealous of my sister who is thin even with pmos even though our whole family is fat. though she was really active her whole life and i’m,,,, not. i’ve always been naturally bigger but still.

i’m excited to get back to working full time cause it makes it easier to ⭐️ve. if i don’t bring a lunch then it forces me to either 1. don’t eat for my entire 8.5hr shift or 2. buy lunch (but im trying to save money)

my biggest motivator for weight loss is this horrible (anorexic) ex friend who traumatized me. i want to be thinner than her. and i want her to fume when she sees me. does that make me a bad person?
