@taylorsschumann Sorry to jump on this but this whole library/play area is all over my feed and I’m confused. Don’t you have soft play centres in the US? Indoor play areas where you pay a small fee for kids to run around and blow off steam. It’s such a mainstay of parenting here in the UK!

Could have serious implications for your pension down the track

I was just asked "I've recently received a high income benefit child benefit charge. I earn £53k my wife £12.5k. Yet I've read if we both earned £49k, we wouldn't have received the charge . How is that fair?" That's correct. Sadly the answer is simple. It isn't fair.

@statementfox The change was made following an industry consultation last year led by the Department for Transport and train operators aimed at improving reliability in and around Manchester by removing crossovers, which can cause congestion, such as crossing the mainline into Piccadilly.

@northernassist can you confirm that there are now no direct trains from either Heaton Chapel or Stockport to Salford Crescent (or Oxford Road/Deansgate)? Is this a permanent change?

@helenpidd I’ve been following your work on the northern trains nightmare. Have you looked at the impact of the recent timetable change? There are now NO direct trains from Heaton Chapel going anyway north of Piccadilly. I assume other places will be similarly effected
