@searchliaison Hi. I saw today that Google is not showing any of my featured images, not one. From the most popular recipes to any other random one I checked. Even if the picture appears in the Carousel (below the first one), it doesn't appear in the list (second link). Help!

This would make sense if it was something like posts ranking below 5 don’t have a thumbnail. But when the post in the first position doesn’t have a thumbnail, or 2 out of 10 posts don’t have one, it looks stupid and is a bad user experience.

@JohnMu @googlesearchc @SearchLiason Any idea when thumbnails will return in SERPS for those of us who lost them? This was resolved about a month ago but they have disappeared again. (Example: State of Dinner Buckeye Bars)

So thumbnails got fixed late last week, thankfully. But now many recipe sites, mine included, are completely removed from the recipe carousels (since Sunday). When is the repairman scheduled to arrive? @searchliaison @rustybrick @lilyraynyc

@searchliaison Hi Danny! Why have thumbnails disappeared for my SERPs? Example: search “buckeye bars.” My result is there for Stateofdinner.com but no image. I’m hearing this is widespread.
