Special interests backed by the ultra-wealthy will say anything to prevent millionaires and billionaires from paying their fair share. The fact is, a Fair Tax will provide tax relief to the middle class, provide more funding for local schools and pay down Bruce Rauner’s old bills

Even independent tax groups agree: A Fair Tax cuts taxes for the middle class and makes the ultra-wealthy pay their fair share.

Women have historically been paid less than men for the same work. I voted to stop a discriminatory practice that for too long has locked women into a lifetime of unequal pay.
