Recently, I was asked to complete KYC Level 4 verification. I fully cooperated and successfully completed Levels 1 and 2. However, at Level 3, my submissions were repeatedly rejected despite using genuine legal documents, likely due to technical requirement issues. After multiple unsuccessful attempts and repeated rejections, I became increasingly frustrated while trying to regain access to my account. In that moment, due to the pressure and urgency to resolve the issue, an incorrect document was submitted. This was not a calculated action, but rather an error that occurred in the heat of the situation. I understand the seriousness of the verification process and regret how this was handled.
