🚨BRUTAL🚨 Team USA slugger Kyle Schwarber received a silver medal from the commissioner and RIPPED IT OFF before he got to the dugout. It is awful that the Team USA players are being forced to accept the second-place medals on the field after the loss.

Schultz and Bridgman both 'picked' on Salming, who was not a fighter. That's 'offside' for me, a longtome hockey observer. #thecode

The Order of Canada honours people who bring Canadians together. Don Cherry’s legacy includes decades of commentary that often targeted immigrants and marginalized groups. That record sits uneasily with an honour meant to reflect the country’s commitment to inclusion and respect. Considering Alberta is marred by immigration policy and secession politics, I don't believe AB Premier @ABDanielleSmith should be the one advocating for Don to receive Canada's highest award for inclusion. Let Canadians decide.

@ABDanielleSmith @MarkJCarney He was a ranting racist who sometimes had valid arguments about hockey. His job was to stir emotions and get people arguing. He was the 1990s version of today's social media influencer. Ragebait worked far better than reasonable discussion, and he knew it.
