@BLMcKean Hi, I did reach out to OSU. Yes starting pay is currently 9 and going to 10. The average tips are $8 as reported to us. By the fall we intend to move another dollar for everyone and the starting pay will be $11. Thanks for reaching out. Mark

@Staufs Thanks for the reply. To be clear, you mean most employees earn $9/hour plus $8/hour in tips? Also, I'm more than happy to pay higher prices if it means employees are more fairly compensated. Anyway, if what WOSU reported isn't true, then you should ask them for a correction.
