A good win for the Firebirds last night in the Scottish Cup against Sterwarton Rays. Every player took to court and played their part in the win. Well done girls.

Massive well done to St Cadocs U11s who won the LNA PM tournament on Sunday. It was a closely fought competition with the win going down to goal difference! The girls played amazingly & really worked hard as a team. @lna_netball

Well done to our U11s who played in the LNA tournament today. Tough first match, but they showed resilience to come back and win the next 2 matches. Great team play and team spirit were shown in each match. Well done, girls.

The Firebirds played their first Scottish Cup match, away to Stewarton. The girls came out fighting and put in an amazing performance. They took the well deserved win and can be very proud of their themselves.⭐️
