The Campos family helped light the tree at The Americana at Brand, a symbol of hope and community. After losing their home in the Altadena fire, they’re returning to their community thanks to Steadfast L.A. and Samara. A reminder of strength and resilience during the holiday season.

Steadfast LA is proud to help launch Builders Alliance, a network of 10 homebuilders working to make it easier and more affordable for families in fire-impacted communities to rebuild. A big step forward in recovery and getting people back home.

It was so powerful to meet with Samara Homes recipients last week. Each family here lost their home in the Eaton Fire, and now, through Steadfast LA, they will be receiving a brand-new home at no cost.

The AI permitting tool developed with Archistar and other partners to expedite plan check is working. As we approach potential bottlenecks in the permitting queue, we look forward to the City and County pushing out this technology to the masses.
