Here’s my take on Memescope Monday: It started off beautifully insane genny volume, everything was sending. Honestly, the best action was during EU hours before the day even started. Once Memescope Monday actually kicked off, Orangie came on, got rinsed, and volume immediately died. The moment he stopped pushing, the trenches went quiet and retail disappeared. At one point I was up $50,000. I went to sleep holding two positions and ended up round-tripping another $24,000, thinking volume would come back later and people would start bidding migration. I was wrong. Don’t get me wrong, there was volume, but it was heavily concentrated on new pairs and the final stretch. Nobody was actually trading migration coins. So I’m genuinely confused how people expect these coins to hit $500K–$1M when no one is willing to buy above a $50K market cap. $24,000 basically burned because I thought people might actually look at migration plays with solid entries, but no everyone just wants to ape at $10K. Makes no sense. Summing up: Don’t hold your bags overnight. The time is pretty much over where you can go to sleep hoping to wake up to a 10x on your bags. You have to be online and see what’s happening. Just sell them and rebuy when you’re back awake — the coin will be down 70% from its ATH anyway 90% of the time. For me, still a good day just giga pissed that when Memescope Monday actually started, the guy who was pushing it (orangie) stopped really trading the moment he burned his port (and all the retail followed).
