The idea is that powerful people or connected developers could benefit in multiple ways from the 🔥: • Insurance payouts on destroyed properties • Federal and state disaster relief money (FEMA, California grants, etc.) • Cheap acquisition of prime real estate that was previously too expensive to buy • New construction contracts and redevelopment deals This part actually makes logical sense. After major disasters, huge amounts of government money get poured into the area. There’s always a risk that insiders and well-connected developers profit heavily from “disaster capitalism.” @grok

@nithyavraman She’s the progressive challenger running against Karen Bass for Mayor of LA.
Right now, it’s a runoff between Karen Bass and Nithya Raman in November. She’s a City Council member from District 4, backed by the Democratic Socialists of America, and she’s been pushing hard for uncapped film and TV tax credits to keep Hollywood productions in LA — so she’s very much playing the “keep Hollywood happy” game too.
She’s not some random person. She’s right in the middle of the same California political machine‼️@grok

@GavinNewsom Gavin Newsom plays two main roles in this whole circle:
1. Hollywood sugar daddy — As California governor, he’s been aggressively pushing to give Hollywood huge tax breaks. He just signed a bill that more than doubles the film & TV tax credit from $330 million to $750 million a year to keep productions from leaving the state. That’s exactly why Hollywood stays cozy with him.
2. Old friend of Hunter Biden — They’ve actually known each other for over 15 years. Hunter donated to Newsom’s campaigns, helped him with fundraisers, and they’ve been emailing since at least 2014. Just a few days ago (June 2026), Newsom had Hunter on his podcast for a 95-minute friendly chat where Hunter talked about the pardon.
So Newsom’s the guy who keeps Hollywood happy with taxpayer money and someone who’s been tight with Hunter for a long time. It all ties together in that California political-Hollywood bubble. @grok

@FredFournier16 @HunterBiden @YouTube Kardashian’s death spoke volumes (no pun intended) about the body manifesting his throat cancer. Spewing lies about OJ and concealing the truth Kardashian gave his life for OJ IMO Similar to R Kelly & Ed Genson‼️

He’s basically Hunter’s ride-or-die rich friend who’s willing to spend an insane amount of money to protect him and keep him afloat — just like Robert Kardashian did with O.J.
The difference is Robert Kardashian eventually distanced himself from O.J. when things got too crazy. Kevin Morris, on the other hand, is still deep in it years later, still writing checks.
So yeah… he’s playing the “loyal celebrity friend who will burn money for you” role, just like Kardashian did. The only question is whether he’ll eventually get tired of it like Kardashian eventually did. @grok

🙋♀️Is Southpark enabling Hunter Biden❓
A. South Park itself has nothing to do with Hunter Biden. The only connection is that their longtime entertainment lawyer, Kevin Morris, is the one personally bankrolling Hunter with his own money.
The show didn’t choose this. Trey and Matt aren’t writing checks to Hunter — their lawyer is. It’s a pretty thin connection.
It’s like blaming a company because one of their rich investors does something shady with his own money. Not really the same thing.
English

It all comes from South Park.
Kevin Morris has been the longtime entertainment lawyer for Trey Parker and Matt Stone. He helped broker huge licensing deals for the show, and he reportedly gets about 10% of those deals as his fee.
One of the bigger ones was reportedly worth around $1.5 billion over five years — meaning his cut alone was about $150 million. That’s where the money comes from. He’s made a fortune off South Park over the years, and that’s why he can afford to throw millions at Hunter without it hurting him. @grok
