@stepango @X @LinkedIn Степан, а можно сделать так, что без всяких уговоров, пользователи со всех платформ, начнут массово переходить на Х.

@stepango @X @LinkedIn Yes, now the content there is 90% some marketing. But for job search still I think it’s quite good. And if you sell services, people have good results in cold dms

@stepango @X @LinkedIn Wise move. I never really posted on LinkedIn. It’s just a job search engine I think.

@stepango @X @LinkedIn I'm doing it right now. Trying to recreate an audience here. Not a trivial task to be honest !

@cto_junior Efforts should be spent on learning how to put the right rails for agents, not on reviewing every line of its output

@meowbooksj Spot on! Engineers who had management experience are much faster to adapt to new reality, hardcore engineers mostly are not willing to accept the fact that code the agent writes does not look exactly like theirs 😁

you think managers read and understand all the code their developers write? no - they delegate that to others for lack of time you still think 80% of human reviewers are better than 20% of SoTA LLMs? what you have described is the last bottleneck in software abundance. bye!

@rosmine One of the reasons why I like functional programming, it pushes edge cases into side effects which is much easier to manage and makes code easier to reason about, at least for a human software engineers, still need to test how good the agents are with it though

@stepango I agree those help reduce the number of issues, but the more complex the code gets, the more weird edge cases there are that you don't have tests for
