We need heroes like YOU. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️ Right now, the number of #childrenincare is rising, but the number of #fostercarers is falling. This is a crisis but we can all make a difference.

Goodbye and thank you to amazing Support Worker Sonia, leaving Step by Step after 10 years dedicated service. We can't thank her enough for her hard work, passion and the innumerable young lives she's changed - she's a true hero!
