@Dety0 gotcha, where do you recommend i run tj tracert to if i live in philadelphia pennsylvania

They can't run a tracert from your router. they can ping from your router to an IP. so you legit have to send them an email with tracert, and better from multiple days and times a day i had issues but only Thursday afternoon. and the ISP. spoke with the other node owner. and they rerouted the traffic untill they upgraded the node

@Dety0 i specifically told them run a tracert from my router to the dallas server ( i gave them the adress) and they said “we cannot physically change ur routing (verizon fios btw)
