@GOtransit Confident I wouldn't be misled, I purchased a day pass but had to take several ubers and a third party bus just so I would not be late...poor planning on your part, your communication on X and online was not clear - I have a screenshot saying Oct. 18 and 19 AT 11AM & this thread.

@GOtransit The point is that there is clearly a lack of communication at GO Transit. How you can say one thing and the customer line says another. A customer service agent at Union even called the closure confusing to plan ahead for. I showed her the receipts and said your team misled me...
