@AyodejiPopoola6 @LegendaryJoe Moreover, do i need to google what Tinubu has done for me to see it? That statement on its own is an indictment on the government as the result would normally have been obvious by now
English

@AyodejiPopoola6 @LegendaryJoe NELFUND isn’t free, is it? I bet you that not up to 10% of the coastal road had been completed, as for LG autonomy, how has it improved our affairs so far? And finally, if IMF loan has been cleared, how do you explain the series of loans we’ve been obtaining in recent times?
English

Rufai, we are genuinely, deeply sorry that your evil wishes could not find full expression.
We have a government that does not wait for the wound to fester before reaching for the cure.
It is, alas, most unfortunate that we shall not be gifting you the spectacle you so clearly craved - the chaos of a 13-month doctors' strike in Anambra, that beloved signature of your preferred candidate, Abacha's stooge and spokesperson, Peter.
Accept our condolences brother.

@AkinkugbeOlu @ADCVanguard_ Would they be regarded as being old and greedy if they are still in APC?
English

@ADCVanguard_ Your shameful means ADC will never get into power in Nigeria as all of you old and greedy politicians are after your own selfish interests. Shame on ADC Vanguard
English

@FaghaUgowonni @ADCVanguard_ And how are they faring? PDP is in crises, same as LP and others. Have you ever asked why that would be happening since they are not in power and there is no serious financial benefits at stake for the leadership of those parties compare to the ruling party?
English

@ADCVanguard_ Is ADC the only opposition party? The cries that we are moving to one party democracy is not reasonable . There are over 10 other political parties .
English

BREAKING: ADC has released INEC’s affidavit dated 12 September 2025 that affirmed David Mark led NWC
Please pay particular attention to Clauses 14 to 19, which affirm that the leadership transition had already been completed and recognized by INEC, and that such internal party matters fall outside the scope of judicial interference.
It is now crystal clear that Tinubu’s APC and the embattled INEC Chairman, Prof. Amupitan, are using INEC to push a one-party system in Nigeria.
This development raises grave concerns about the independence, neutrality, and credibility of the electoral process in Nigeria. When an institution constitutionally expected to act as an impartial umpire is seen to be taking sides in internal party affairs, it strikes at the very foundation of democratic fairness and public trust.
No democracy can survive where state institutions are turned into political weapons against opposition parties. What is happening before our eyes is not just an attack on ADC, but a dangerous attempt to weaken multiparty democracy and silence alternative political voices in Nigeria. Every patriotic citizen must understand the seriousness of this moment.
We call on all Nigerians to rise to the occasion and save our democracy.

English

@GavofEko @ADCVanguard_ So if that’s true, what changed? Is INEC now invalidating what it has already validated?
English

@ADCVanguard_ The problem with you ObiTuary Movement+ADC Morons is that you don’t read.
You idiots have been attacking INEC since. Yet what you posted actually shows they supported your faction & that it is #NafiuGombe who should be accusing them of partiality.
You’re terribly stupid!

Let us reflect, sincerely and without sentiment.
In the past few days, the President has reportedly approved ₦3.3 trillion as a “full and final” payment for debts in the power sector. Yet, this is not the first time such approvals have been made.
On May 17, 2024, ₦3.3 trillion was approved for the same purpose. On July 25, 2024, another ₦4 trillion bond was approved to settle similar debts. There have also been other approvals in between, all targeted at addressing the same power sector liabilities.
This raises a fundamental question: were the previous approvals mere announcements without execution?
₦3.3 Trillion Again? Nigeria’s Power Crisis Without End
During the 2023 campaign, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu made a clear promise: that if he failed to deliver stable electricity, Nigerians should not re-elect him. Today, the reality is that power supply has worsened, to the extent that there are even discussions about disconnecting the Presidential Villa from the national grid.
Each time legitimate concerns are raised, what we see appears more like policy pronouncements than measurable progress.
Now, again, we are confronted with another ₦3.3 trillion approval to settle power sector debts.
These debts were largely accumulated under successive administrations of the All Progressives Congress between 2015 and 2025. This raises serious concerns about accountability, transparency, and effectiveness in public financial management.
It is important to note that government institutions and agencies, including the Presidential Villa owe a significant portion of these debts. Year after year, budgets were made and funds appropriated. Why then were these obligations not settled when due? And from what source will this new payment be made? Are we resorting once more to borrowing to service inefficiencies?
Key questions remain unanswered: How did the debt accrue? What is the actual total debt in the power sector? Which components of the debts are due to operators’ inefficiency and should be borne by them? Why have previous approvals not translated into tangible improvements? Who are the real beneficiaries of these repeated payments?
Is the ₦3.3 trillion approved on April 6, 2026, the same as the ₦3.3 trillion approved in May 2024, and how does it relate to the ₦4 trillion bond approved in July 2024?
Nigeria must move beyond recycled announcements and confront the power sector crisis with sincerity, transparency, and decisive reforms.
Until we do so, we will remain trapped in a cycle of debt and darkness.
But with discipline, accountability, and the right leadership, a new Nigeria is still possible. -PO

@BobbyYazdan @PeterObi Seeing this post, the question that comes to mind is what changed? You claimed to have supported Peter Obi, yet another person is now the president whom according to you is doing better than him. So to you, this is the best Nigeria could ever be?
English

You will always try but you will never be my president I will see atiku and other big names on that sit but you Peter obi will never sit on that sit
Nigeria will never have a president like you I will miss tinubu if you ever becomes my president
You're not capable sir
You're not the messiah you're a manipulator and I ever regret supporting you
English

@micadekoyejo72 @Bin_DaudNG @MasterBolaji No o, since he’s the one tweeting, shouldn’t he have all the answers already?
English

@Bin_DaudNG @MasterBolaji Ask your Governors don't be an illiterate
English

@Malc_OE @iam_starnino @PeterObi Oh, really? That’s cool. But you should have come to the aid of the minority parties since there’s been too many instabilities in other political parties and not cut corners around the electoral laws. After all, that’s the least the majority could have done for sanity sake
English

We, members and leaders of the ADC, and other well-meaning Nigerians, lovers of democracy, are saying that our democracy must not be killed. We say NO to a one-party system and for that today we’re calling out Nigerians who believe in unity, peace, and security of our country to join us as we defend democracy in our land.
A New Nigeria is POssible. -PO
English

@AyodejiPopoola6 @LegendaryJoe And also speaking of Messiah, at least you believe Tinubu to be one, that’s why you support him which is fine. But then, tell me what has changed for better since 2023 till this moment in Nigeria or we don’t deserve results?
English

@AyodejiPopoola6 @LegendaryJoe If you blame Peter Obi for LP crises, and Atiku for PDP crises, who would you blame for what ADC is going through right now?
English

@prinxe_B @Official_Isaaco Simple! What would be the intent behind any party having crises when they are not even the ruling party with no meaningful financial gain?
English

@stephendenigma @Official_Isaaco can you explain how he's working towards one party state?
English

@blnkzxz @MistaMack_ @PeterObi Start it and know how easy it is. You don’t criticize a shoe you haven’t been in
English

@MistaMack_ @PeterObi I want a better country, but not these rogu$s in ADC. They are the same thing with APC. We need a new Nigerian party with Nigerian youths.
English

@PeterObi Defend democracy? The same way you defended Labour Party until you tried to hijack it and left it in ruins? Now you're in ADC doing the exact same dance. Sir, you're not saving multi-party democracy you're shopping for the next party to turn into a one party Obi affair.
English

ADC is being killed by you and your gang of political bandits that hijacked the party without due process and with total disregard for the party's constitution.
You cannot claim to want to rescue Nigeria by cutting corners and showing total disregard for law and order.
Take responsibility for your mistakes and retrace your steps. Stop gaslighting the APC, INEC and the presidency. They have nothing to do with your self-inflicted woes.
English

@PeterObi ADC is not the only opposition party in the country. The internal leadership crisis within your party has nothing to do with any so-called one-party system, nor can it be blamed on BAT or the APC.

English

@babaeze1 @LegendaryJoe @ArcSadam Not necessarily because at least he’s not only doing well for himself, he helps in supporting others too within his capacity. How has your own life improved since this president emerged? That should be your concern not Rufai
