@brandalisms Ah it's grand but thank you. I've started getting some negative comments of late and I appreciate people are sceptical about businesses as there are a lot of "optics" out there. I know what we do is authentic. We'd donate % of "profits" not "all revenue" if it weren't.

Had a guy ask a "genuine question". He felt giving staff 1% of our revenue was "performative" and would I not just give them pay rises each year. Explained (very politely) they'd gotten two rises last year, an extra 6 days off and a rise this year. He blocked me:).

Going to close from Christmas Eve until New Year for 1st time. Should have done it last year as were incredibly quiet during that period. Really looking forward to having over a week off. It's been very difficult to switch off for any amount of time these last few years.

Posted about these experimental fruit infused lots arriving from El Placer. Very similar to the strawberry/orange lots we did earlier in year. We’ve enough for 2 small roasts. Plan is to roast them end next week, put on site with ALL sales proceeds going to @Womens_Aid .

I talk a lot about ethical side of Imbibe but when we started we aimed to lift standards. We’ve just put coffee on site from Ninety Plus, world record holders for price. Next Coffee Club features Mikava whose coffee was used to win last World Brewers Cup. V happy right now:).
