@FightOnRusty I'm a huge notre dame fan, and my favorite 2 rivalries are navy and USC ... That said, I like this more than the regular helmets. Looks nice. USC is a top tier school (not lately but still) and this is a better color combo than the traditional colors.

Soooooooo I’ve received two different HS coaching job offers within the last 72 hours and I guess I’m weighing my options here … I don’t know if I want to be a HC (even I’m socially aware enough to know my approach will piss off a lot of parents, which I don’t care about) or I can be a DB coach somewhere established and have 100% confidence in getting these safeties right because we will know how to tackle and be cerebral pre snap! Patterson (creator of the 4-2-5 defense) has that old school feel, which hopefully means he drills down on fundamentals like tackling/communication which has been awful at USC. I know he really helped UTs defense as an advisor a while back

I do know Lanning seems to be hyped all of the time and has racked up wins, but can’t seem to be able to get over the hump. I just hope USC gets on track before he is able to put it all together 😂✌️

But LR has never had a HOF caliber coach on the Defensive side. That should worry some people, because no matter how you may feel about LR as a HC, the guy knows offense ✌️
