@Val_eri575 @winedropsclub Oh I have and they have responded with a very much ‘care not’ attitude regarding my request for a refund. The app will not allow me to cancel my apparent subscription however @winedropsclub seem to be ignoring that issue on the 3 occasions I have highlighted and requested help 🤔

I decided I’m not drinking any alcohol before my hen do (August time) and joined @winedropsclub so I could still buy wine when I feel like having a drink but keep them in my online cellar to use as table wines for our wedding. I joined on Thursday and already have 11 bottles 😂

@stephw2001 @winedropsclub If you’ve downloaded the app and signed up you’ve most likely forgot to end your membership after the free trial. I paid £90 for my membership and it was certainly worth it. We found some fantastic wines at great prices and all our guests commented on how lovely the wine was.

@Val_eri575 @winedropsclub I had no idea I was signing up for a ‘free trial’ I simply wanted a look however found the app very difficult to navigate so deleted. £119 taken from my account as a result! Looking at their social media pages I am not alone- many people feeling robbed by @winedropsclub

Signed up to a thing called WineDrops, just to see what the fuss is about. They don’t have any social media. You pay £19 every couple of months to “cut out the middle man” and everything is done via WhatsApp. Smells like BS to me.

Over the last 4 years, over 250 staff from NHSAA have graduated AAIFS with a better understanding of improvement methods and how to apply them. Have completed 10 cohorts, we will now take time to evaluate and will return in 2025 with a refreshed focus on QI education.
