Ghana welcomes the apology of the Church of Scotland for its role in the transatlantic enslavement. It’s always better late than never. We look forward to working with the Church at our Next Steps Conference on June 17-19 2026 hosted by President Mahama in Accra following the landmark adoption by the UN of the Ghana-led resolution declaring the transatlantic enslavement as the gravest crime against humanity.
