Alix Didier Fils-Aimé et ses associés poursuivent leurs manœuvres en toute impunité, installant des criminels dans l’administration publique pour protéger leurs intérêts mafieux. Un pacte obscur a été conclu avec les trois conseillers-présidents Louis Gérald Gilles, Smith Augustin et Emmanuel Vertilaire : en échange de la tête du DG de l’ULCC, ils ont accepté de rejoindre Laurent Saint-Cyr et Leslie Voltaire pour imposer Gérald Remplais à la direction des Douanes.
