SORRY LONG THREADS : i do want to add that they are calculating the fandom’s loyalty in a terrible way. they basically think our feelings and emotions are easy to manipulate. they honestly probably didn’t expect protests and the fight to bring one member back to last this long. to them, it was more like “oh, just give them two days and it will be fine.” since that didn’t work, they are keeping heeseung on certain things still related to enhypen and also letting him suffer through fancalls and etc meant for the whole group but separately. it’s to get us used to the idea even faster. they are PURELY BUSINESS MEN. emotions and mentality is something they DO NOT UNDERSTAND. they only understand if they are making money or not. they don’t understand that once a group that’s been active for years, they have a strong fanbase, it does not mean they will support everything the group does if it relates to something bad or harming members. they expected most of the fandoms to be solo stans, so it works like, “oh but my favorite member is still there so i will continue to support!” or for ot7’s, “man.. it’s fine because i will support the group and members individually either way!” which of course is true, but most fandoms rather boycott than see that if you add in how the company has already proven how bad they take care of the members and groups. fans would fight for their group and members as a whole due to their loyalty. yes, that includes boycotting. specifically in japan, the fans there are HUGE for being loyal. so this whole thing being targeted to form business ideas in japan.. it’s very stupid if you are putting already established groups that have fanbases there at risk. whether it be individual fanbases or as a group.
